No Returns or Exchanges on DTF Transfers

Since each DTF transfer is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you are unsure about sizing or application, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, incorrect, or damaged during transit, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit, including any related shipping costs.

To report an issue, please contact us at info@dtfghost.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Important Notes

• All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not accept claims for transfers that were misapplied due to user error, such as incorrect heat press settings or improper peeling technique. Please refer to the pressing instructions included with your order and available on our website.
